
Gems of Nature is a UK-based natural haircare brand creating small-batch products using botanical ingredients to support healthy hair growth and maintenance. After an initial website redesign project, the founder returned looking for support with a complete website refresh ahead of a major relaunch.
The existing website had served the business well but no longer reflected the elevated direction of the brand.

We explored the future direction of the brand, identifying opportunities to strengthen the customer journey, improve storytelling, and reinforce the premium positioning.

The result is a website that feels more aligned with the founder's vision while providing a stronger foundation for future growth, customer trust, and online sales.
This project was close to my heart because of my own love for natural haircare. It felt great to support a brand that shares those values. I loved combining strategic design with thoughtful details to better highlight what makes Gems of Nature unique.
